The Sunset Desert Safari Qatar follows Qatar’s classic private desert route but is scheduled specifically for the late afternoon so the experience reaches its most scenic period around golden hour and sunset. Travel south from Doha in a private 4x4 Land Cruiser, enter the dunes near the Sealine area, experience dune bashing, try sandboarding and continue toward Khor Al Adaid, widely known as the Inland Sea.
Khor Al Adaid is a protected natural reserve in southeast Qatar near the Saudi Arabian border. The landscape is especially distinctive in the evening as the light changes across the dunes and coastal desert. The reserve is included on Qatar’s UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List; it is not currently an inscribed UNESCO World Heritage Site.
