05
Booking & Travel Information
Some travel services require information that would not
otherwise be necessary for a general website enquiry.
For example, an airport transfer may require a flight
number and arrival time, while a group transportation
booking may require passenger numbers, pickup locations
and movement schedules.
We seek to collect information that is relevant to the
requested service and avoid collecting unnecessary personal
information.
Sensitive information
Please do not send sensitive personal information through
a general website enquiry unless it is specifically
necessary for the requested service and we have asked
you to provide it through an appropriate channel.
06
When We May Share Information
Noble Tourism Qatar does not sell personal information
as part of its business.
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary
for a legitimate booking, operational or legal purpose.
Depending on the service, recipients may include:
- drivers and transportation providers;
- licensed tour guides where applicable;
- attractions, activity operators, cruise operators or other booked suppliers;
- travel agencies, corporate bookers or authorized travel partners involved in the reservation;
- website hosting, email, form, communications, security and IT service providers;
- banking or payment-service providers where a payment transaction requires their involvement; and
- government authorities or regulators where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
We aim to disclose only the information reasonably
required for the relevant purpose.
07
Drivers, Guides & Service Suppliers
Information required to perform a confirmed service
may need to be shared with the person or organization
responsible for delivering part of that service.
For example, a driver may need the guest name, contact
number, pickup location and flight or service details.
A tour guide may need relevant itinerary and guest
coordination information.
Information shared for operational purposes should be
limited to what is reasonably required for the service.
08
Third-Party Booking Platforms & Travel Partners
If you make a reservation through an online travel agency,
marketplace, travel agency, corporate partner or another
third party, that organization may collect and process
your personal information under its own privacy policy.
Noble Tourism Qatar may receive the information necessary
to fulfill the reservation and communicate operational
details relating to the booked service.
Requests relating specifically to information controlled
by the third-party booking platform may need to be directed
to that platform.
09
Cookies & Technical Information
Our website and its underlying WordPress, hosting,
security, form or communications functionality may use
cookies or similar technical storage where required
for normal website operation, functionality or security.
Technical systems may also process limited information
such as an IP address, browser or device information,
timestamps, requested pages and security-related data
where necessary to operate and protect the website.
This Privacy Policy does not assume or claim that Noble
Tourism Qatar currently uses any specific advertising
pixel, behavioural advertising platform or analytics
product that has not been separately identified.
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or
similar tracking technologies, we will update our disclosures
and implement any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
10
Marketing Communications
Direct electronic marketing will only be sent in
circumstances permitted by applicable law, including
obtaining prior consent where required.
Marketing communications should identify the sender
and provide a practical method to request that future
marketing communications stop.
You may withdraw marketing consent or request that
marketing communications stop by contacting us.
Service messages relating to an existing enquiry or
booking are different from promotional marketing and may
still be required to arrange or perform the requested service.
11
How Long We Keep Information
Personal information is retained only for as long as
reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was
collected or for another lawful requirement.
The appropriate retention period may depend on the type
of information and may include time reasonably necessary
to manage a booking, maintain business or accounting
records, address complaints or disputes, protect against
misuse, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information that is no longer reasonably required should
be deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled in accordance
with applicable requirements.
12
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical and
organizational measures appropriate to the nature and
importance of the personal information being handled.
These measures are intended to reduce the risk of
unauthorized access, accidental or unlawful use,
disclosure, alteration, loss or damage.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely
secure. Customers should therefore also take reasonable
care when sending personal information electronically.
Where a personal-data security incident requires
notification under applicable Qatar law, the matter will
be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
13
International & Third-Party Processing
Some technology, communications, travel or booking-service
providers may operate infrastructure or process information
outside Qatar.
Where information is transferred or processed in connection
with a legitimate service purpose, we seek to handle that
information consistently with applicable Qatar data-protection
requirements and the purposes described in this Policy.
14
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to the conditions and procedures of applicable
Qatar law, individuals may have rights relating to
personal information held about them.
01

Ask whether your personal information is being
processed and request access or review.
02
Correction
Request correction of personal information that
is inaccurate where appropriate.
03
Deletion
Request deletion or erasure where the applicable
legal conditions are satisfied.
04
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw prior consent where processing depends
on that consent, subject to applicable law.
05
Object
Object to certain processing where the legal
grounds for doing so apply.
06
Marketing Preference
Ask us to stop direct electronic marketing communications.
We may need to verify the identity of the person making
a privacy request before acting on it. Certain information
may also need to be retained where retention is required
or permitted by applicable law.
15
Children’s Information
Noble Tourism Qatar’s website is not designed for children
to independently submit personal information or make bookings.
Where information about a child is reasonably required
for a family booking or transportation arrangement,
the information should be provided by or with the involvement
of the child’s parent, guardian or responsible adult.
We do not intentionally request more information about
children than is reasonably required for the relevant service.
16
Third-Party Websites & Links
The Noble Tourism Qatar website may contain links to
social-media services, travel platforms, attractions,
partners and other independent websites.
Once you leave our website, the privacy practices of
the external organization are governed by that
organization’s own policies and controls.
We recommend reviewing the privacy information provided
by the relevant third party before submitting personal
information directly to it.
17
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services,
website technology, data-handling practices or applicable
legal requirements change.
The revised version will be published on this page with
an updated revision date.
If a change materially affects how personal information
is handled, additional notice or consent will be provided
where required by applicable law.
