01
Booking & Confirmation
A booking request is subject to availability and is not
considered confirmed merely because an enquiry or request
has been submitted.
A booking becomes confirmed when Noble Tourism Qatar
issues a confirmation and any payment or deposit required
for that booking has been received, or when another
confirmation arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Customers should review the booking confirmation carefully
and promptly notify Noble Tourism Qatar if any information
is incorrect.
The person making the booking is responsible for providing
accurate information for the travelers included in the
reservation, including the service date, pickup details,
passenger numbers and other information reasonably required
to arrange the service.
02
Prices & Quotations
Prices are communicated through the applicable website
product, quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or
authorized booking platform.
Prices are stated in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless another
currency is expressly shown or agreed.
A quotation remains valid for the period stated in that
quotation. Where no validity period is stated, the price
and availability should be reconfirmed before booking.
The confirmed price applies to the service scope stated
in the booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply
where the customer requests additional time, distance,
services, tickets, vehicles or another material change
to the confirmed arrangement.
Any material additional charge resulting from a customer
request will be communicated before the additional service
is accepted wherever reasonably possible.
03
Payment
The payment required to confirm a reservation may vary
according to the service.
Where a deposit is required, the deposit amount and
remaining balance-payment deadline will be stated in the
quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.
Where full advance payment is required, the booking will
not be confirmed until the required payment has been
received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers
and approved business partners may be provided separate
commercial, credit or payment conditions.
04
Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation conditions may vary according to the service,
supplier commitments, attraction tickets, vehicle
arrangements, event requirements, travel date and other
booking-specific factors.
The applicable cancellation and refund conditions should
therefore be read together with those disclosed on the
relevant product page, quotation, booking confirmation,
voucher or authorized booking platform before the booking
is confirmed.
Where specific cancellation conditions were disclosed
and accepted before confirmation, those conditions form
part of that booking to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where no specific cancellation conditions were agreed,
the customer's rights will be determined according to
applicable Qatar law.
05
Amendments & Rescheduling
Requests to change the service date, time, pickup location,
itinerary, passenger number, vehicle category or another
booking detail remain subject to availability.
Noble Tourism Qatar will make reasonable efforts to
accommodate requested amendments but cannot guarantee
that every requested change will be possible.
A change may result in revised pricing where it changes
the service duration, distance, vehicle requirement,
supplier cost, ticket requirement or another material
part of the booking.
Some confirmed third-party services may not permit
amendments and could require cancellation and replacement
under the supplier's applicable terms.
06
Late Guests, Waiting Time & No-Shows
Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup or
meeting location at the agreed time.
Airport arrival transfers
Unless a different arrangement is confirmed,
the standard waiting allowance is up to
90 minutes from the actual flight landing time.
Non-airport pickups
Unless otherwise confirmed, the standard waiting
allowance is up to
15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Customers expecting a delay should contact Noble Tourism
Qatar as soon as possible.
Waiting beyond the included period is subject to driver
and vehicle availability and may result in an additional
charge where applicable.
Where the guest cannot be contacted and does not arrive
within the applicable waiting period, the booking may
be treated as a no-show according to the cancellation
or no-show conditions applicable to that booking.
07
Airport Transfers & Flight Information
Customers must provide the correct flight number,
arrival date and other requested flight information.
For confirmed airport arrival transfers, the supplied
flight information may be monitored to assist with
pickup coordination.
Flight monitoring does not remove the customer's
responsibility to provide accurate information and
communicate known flight changes where necessary.
Airport pickups may be affected by immigration processing,
baggage delays, customs procedures, terminal restrictions
or other circumstances outside Noble Tourism Qatar's
reasonable control.
Where a passenger is significantly delayed after arrival,
the customer should contact Noble Tourism Qatar so that
continued waiting or an alternative arrangement can
be assessed.
08
Vehicles, Passenger Capacity & Luggage
Vehicle selection is based on the confirmed service,
passenger number, luggage information, requested category
and availability.
Passenger numbers must remain within the legally permitted
capacity of the vehicle used for the service.
Customers must provide accurate passenger and luggage
information, particularly where they are traveling with
oversized baggage, wheelchairs, sporting equipment
or unusual items.
Where the actual luggage cannot be accommodated safely
in the arranged vehicle, a larger or additional vehicle
may be required, subject to availability and agreement
of any applicable additional cost.
Vehicle photographs displayed on the website are
representative of the relevant vehicle or category unless
a particular make and model has been expressly guaranteed
in the booking confirmation.
Where operationally necessary, a vehicle may be replaced
with a suitable vehicle of a comparable or higher category.
Any material change will be communicated where reasonably possible.
09
Children & Child Seats
Children must travel in accordance with applicable Qatar
traffic and safety requirements.
Child or baby seats may be requested in advance and remain
subject to availability and compatibility with the
assigned vehicle.
Customers should provide the child's age and relevant
seat requirement when making the booking so the request
can be considered before service confirmation.
10
Tours & Sightseeing Services
Tour itineraries, timings, durations, inclusions and
scheduled stops are based on the confirmed product
description and booking information.
Actual operating conditions may require changes because
of traffic, attraction access, government restrictions,
religious or public events, road closures, weather,
safety considerations or other operational circumstances.
Where a planned stop becomes unavailable, Noble Tourism
Qatar may change the order of the itinerary or provide
a reasonable alternative where practical.
Admission tickets, meals, activities, guides and other
extras are included only where expressly stated as
included in the applicable booking.
Where professional tourism guiding is included and
applicable licensing is required, the guiding service
will be arranged in accordance with relevant Qatar
requirements.
11
Desert Safaris & Adventure Activities
Desert safaris and certain adventure activities may
involve off-road driving, dune travel and activities
that differ from normal city transportation.
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions
communicated by the driver, guide, activity operator
or relevant supplier.
Customers should disclose before booking any circumstance
that may materially affect their ability to participate
safely so that the suitability of the requested activity
can be considered.
Noble Tourism Qatar or the relevant activity provider may
decline or discontinue participation where reasonably
necessary for safety.
Product-specific restrictions or participation conditions
will be stated on the relevant service information where applicable.
12
Dhow Cruises, Attractions, Tickets & Third-Party Services
Some bookings include or depend upon services operated
by independent third parties, including attraction
tickets, museums, cruises, restaurants, activity
providers and venues.
Such services may be subject to the supplier's own
operating, amendment and cancellation conditions where
those conditions were disclosed as part of the booking.
Attraction opening hours, sailing conditions,
ticket availability and supplier schedules can change
independently of Noble Tourism Qatar.
Where a confirmed third-party component becomes unavailable,
Noble Tourism Qatar will communicate the available
alternative, rescheduling or refund arrangement according
to the applicable booking conditions and Qatar law.
13
Chauffeur Services
Hourly and chauffeur bookings operate for the service
period and scope stated in the confirmation.
Additional hours, additional routes, waiting or material
itinerary changes requested during the service remain
subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Additional charges may apply where the confirmed
duration or service scope is exceeded.
Guests must not ask or require a driver to violate
traffic laws, parking restrictions, safety requirements
or other applicable legal obligations.
14
Group & Event Transportation
Group, conference, delegation and event transportation
may operate under customized schedules and commercial terms.
The customer or organizer should provide passenger numbers,
movement schedules, pickup points, luggage requirements
and other information reasonably required to plan the service.
Material changes to passenger numbers, operating hours,
schedules or vehicle requirements may result in revised
availability or pricing.
Separate corporate, agency, event or group quotations may
contain specific deposit, cancellation, overtime,
vehicle or operational conditions that apply to that booking.
15
GCC Cross-Border Transportation
Cross-border transportation is subject to route
availability, immigration rules, border requirements,
vehicle permissions and current operating conditions.
Each passenger is responsible for possessing the passport,
visa, entry permission and other documentation required
for the journey.
Noble Tourism Qatar does not control immigration
authorities and cannot guarantee that a government
authority will permit an individual passenger to enter
or leave a country.
Border delays, entry refusals or passenger-documentation
issues will be handled according to the circumstances,
applicable booking terms and recoverable supplier costs.
16
Changes or Cancellation by Noble Tourism Qatar
A service may occasionally need to be changed,
postponed or cancelled because of safety concerns,
severe weather, road restrictions, government
instructions, border restrictions, vehicle problems,
attraction closures, supplier issues or another
circumstance that materially affects performance.
Where a material part of the confirmed service cannot
be provided, Noble Tourism Qatar will communicate the
situation and, depending on the circumstances and
applicable law, offer an appropriate alternative,
rescheduling, refund or other remedy.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory remedy
or consumer right available under applicable Qatar law.
17
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Events outside reasonable control may include severe
weather, natural events, governmental action,
restrictions on border access, major road closures,
civil disruption, public-health restrictions,
closure of attractions or venues and similar circumstances.
Where such circumstances make performance impossible
or materially affect the booked service, the situation
will be handled in accordance with applicable Qatar law,
the circumstances of the booking and any valid supplier
conditions applying to the affected service.
18
Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
Customers must follow reasonable safety and operational
instructions and must not behave in a way that creates
an unreasonable risk to the driver, guide, other
passengers, suppliers or property.
Unlawful conduct, abusive behavior, deliberate damage
or conduct that creates a material safety risk may result
in termination of the affected service where reasonably necessary.
A customer may be responsible for damage directly caused
by deliberate or negligent conduct to the extent permitted
by applicable law.
19
Personal Belongings & Lost Property
Customers are responsible for checking their belongings
when leaving a vehicle, vessel, venue, attraction or activity.
Where an item is reported lost, Noble Tourism Qatar will
make reasonable efforts to assist in identifying or
recovering the item where practical.
Recovery cannot be guaranteed, particularly where an item
was lost at a public location or with an independent supplier.
Reasonable delivery or recovery costs may apply where
arrangements are required to return recovered property.
20
Bookings Through Third-Party Platforms
Where a reservation is made through an authorized online
travel agency, marketplace, travel agency or other
third-party platform, that platform's payment,
amendment, cancellation and refund procedures may also apply.
Customers should review the booking confirmation and
applicable platform conditions carefully.
Noble Tourism Qatar's applicable operational and safety
requirements continue to apply to the service itself.
Where payment was collected directly by a third-party
booking platform, any refund normally must be processed
through that platform according to the applicable booking procedure.
21
Refunds
Where a refund is due under the applicable booking
conditions or law, Noble Tourism Qatar will process
or authorize it through the appropriate payment channel.
Where practical, refunds will be returned using the
original payment method.
The time required for funds to appear in the customer's
account may depend on the bank, card issuer, payment
processor or third-party booking platform and may therefore
be outside Noble Tourism Qatar's direct control.
Third-party costs may only be treated as non-refundable
where this is consistent with the applicable booking
conditions and legal requirements.
22
Electronic Bookings & Communications
Booking enquiries and confirmations may be communicated
through the Noble Tourism Qatar website, email, WhatsApp,
authorized booking platforms or another agreed electronic
communication method.
Customers should receive the relevant service information,
price, payment arrangement and applicable cancellation
conditions before completing an electronic booking where required.
Service-specific conditions clearly disclosed and accepted
before confirmation form part of the parties' booking agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation
or electronic-contract right that applies under Qatar law.
23
Personal Data & Privacy
Personal information supplied in connection with an
enquiry or booking may be processed for legitimate
booking, communication, payment, operational,
service-delivery and related purposes.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable
Qatar data-protection requirements and Noble Tourism
Qatar's Privacy Policy.

24
Complaints & Service Issues
If a customer experiences a problem during a service,
they should inform Noble Tourism Qatar or the relevant
representative as soon as reasonably possible so the
matter can be investigated and, where practical,
addressed during the service.
A complaint submitted after the service should include,
where available, the booking reference, service date,
contact information and a clear description of the issue.
Complaints may be submitted using Noble Tourism Qatar's
official contact channels.
25
Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet
the passport, visa, immigration, customs, transit and
entry requirements applicable to their journey.
This is particularly important for layover experiences,
transit arrangements and GCC cross-border transportation.
Noble Tourism Qatar may provide general travel
coordination information but does not make immigration
decisions and cannot guarantee admission into Qatar
or another country.
26
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions and bookings governed by
them are subject to the applicable laws of the
State of Qatar.
Nothing in these Terms prejudices mandatory consumer,
privacy or other legal protections that apply to the customer.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be
handled through the competent authorities or courts
of the State of Qatar as applicable.
27
Changes to These Terms
Noble Tourism Qatar may update these general Terms
& Conditions when services, operating practices
or applicable requirements change.
Updated terms apply prospectively from their stated
effective date and do not retrospectively alter a
confirmed booking unless required by law or expressly
agreed with the customer.
Booking-specific documentation should be retained
by the customer for reference to the conditions that
applied to that reservation.
28
